Marnell Corrao Associates offers a rich PPO Plan which includes an expansive local and national network of doctors and hospitals. We strive to keep deductibles and employee contribution rates low, and even offer generic prescriptions for $5.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our EAP program is available 24 hours a day, to assist you and your family with personal issues and/or concerns. Some of the common issues addressed are: Finances, grief counseling, substance abuse, and mental health.
Dental
Our Dental Plan offers Preventative Procedures at no cost to our employees. The company covers 80% of the cost for basic procedures and 50% on major and orthodontia procedures.
Vision
Our vision plan offers full coverage for annual eye exams as well lenses every 12 months. Other benefits are discounts on Laser Vision Correction, lens extras such as scratch resistant coatings, and 20% off additional prescription glasses and sunglasses.
Flexible Spending Account or Cafeteria Plan
This plan allows you to set money aside, pre-tax, to help pay for out-of-pocket medical/dental expenses, thereby lowering your taxable income while still allowing you to cover your point-of-purchase out-of-pocket expenses without worry.
Long Term Disability
This plan coverage provides partial income protection to employees should they become totally disabled for more that 90 days due to illness or injury, protecting our employees and their families’ way of life.
Paid Time Off
Marnell Corrao Associates observes 10 holidays each year, plus vacation time. Length of vacation time varies depending on years of service.
Company-Sponsored Wellness Program
We offer our employees an executive wellness program in our Wellness Program, “Marnell Wellness Works.” Employees enjoy anonymity while reaping the benefits of financial/stress counseling, diet suggestions from dieticians, as well as heart health and overall wellbeing advice and assistance from registered RNs.
