MCA was awarded the design-build contract for both Phase I and Phase II of the highly successful Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. MCA tackled such challenges as animated statues, special effect shows, construction of specialty sky features, roman streetscapes, and original sculptures. This truly unique project redefined the meaning of resort shopping from both a development and public standpoint.
