Marnell Architecture is currently working on the design for The M Resort, which is situated on approximately 80-acres at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway. The M Resort and Casino is an opulent addition to Las Vegas, with 390 guestrooms, 35 suites, 91,000 sq. ft. of casino area, a 70,000 sq. ft. conference room, a 16,000 sq. ft. health spa and salon, five restaurants, four bars, one entertainment venue, retail outlets, a 20,000 sq. ft. pool area, and various other five star amenities to satisfy both tourists and locals. Located 400 feet higher in elevation than the heart of the Strip, the site offers breathtaking views of the iconic skyline.
